We offer a one-year warranty that guarantees against defects in workmanship and material. The following is not covered under this warranty:
- Damage from neglect
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Damage from washing the board in a dishwasher
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse of product
- Unauthorized repair
- Exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity
- Alteration or abuse of the product
Repairs or replacement under this limited warranty will be made through Stella Falone. Contact the Customer Service Department at Stella Falone, 1980 Gillespie Way, El Cajon, CA 92020 or email email@example.com. Factory obligation under this warranty is limited, at the option of Stella Falone, to repair or replacement of the product (or one of equal type and quality if the product is no longer available) within 90 days after receipt. This warranty gives certain legal rights, and there may be other rights that vary from state to state.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm PST) of receiving your order.

We offer optional, expedited door-to-door shipping anywhere in the U.S. with the following methods:
- 2-day Shipping: Arrives in 2 business days (includes order processing if received before 12pm PST) — $25 for shipments.
- Next-Day Shipping: Arrives in 1 business day (includes order processing if received before 12pm PST) — $35 for shipments.
Overnight orders received before 12:00 noon PST on a business day will ship the same day. Overnight orders received after 12:00 noon PST, or on a non-business day will ship the next business day.
We do ship to the U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addressed, but please allow additional time for shipments as well. At the moment, we only offer Standard shipping options to these locations, and the shipments can range anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on your location.
