
All digital gift cards are delivered via email after purchasing from our website. If you have failed to receive your gift card via email after 24 hours after purchasing please reach out to support@stellafalone.com.
When in checkout, Digital Gift Cards are applied to the order subtotal. Users are able to use a portion of their gift card balance and the unused balance will still remain on their gift card for future use. If you have any questions regarding the remaining balance on your gift card please reach out to support@stellafalone.com.
Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable.
