SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm PST) of receiving your order.

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Arrives in 4 to 6 business days depending on location (1 business day of order processing + 3 - 5 for shipping)

We offer optional, expedited door-to-door shipping anywhere in the U.S. with the following methods:

  • 2-day Shipping: Arrives in 2 business days (includes order processing if received before 12pm PST) — $25 for shipments.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Arrives in 1 business day (includes order processing if received before 12pm PST) — $35 for shipments.

Overnight orders received before 12:00 noon PST on a business day will ship the same day. Overnight orders received after 12:00 noon PST, or on a non-business day will ship the next business day.

We do ship to the U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addressed, but please allow additional time for shipments as well. At the moment, we only offer Standard shipping options to these locations, and the shipments can range anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on your location.

RETURNS

We support your Stella Falone purchase with a 120-day money-back guarantee from the date you ordered your product(s).

If your item qualifies for a return, you will need to provide a receipt, an order number, or some proof of purchase. After 120 days from the date of your order, your item(s) will no longer be eligible for a refund.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and unoiled. The cutting board mat must also be included with your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days of your refund notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
